An educator for 19 years, Zebetta has spent the last 3 years teaching fourth and fifth grade academically gifted students at Swift Creek Elementary School. She is currently the Elementary Science, Senior Administrator, for Wake County Public School System. Learn more about Zebetta and her work in the classroom.

The Presidential Awards for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching are the Nation's highest honors for teachers of mathematics and science. The Awards recognize outstanding K-12 teachers for their contributions in the classroom and to their profession.
