The 2012-2014 cohort of North Carolina Science Leadership Fellows had their first meeting in February and got off to a great start. On Friday, they engaged in the activity, “Seeking the Talented, “ which allowed Fellows to seek assistance from their colleagues as well as share some of their own strengths.  On Saturday, Fellows played the Change Game. The game was simulation of how change happens in real life.  In addition, they participated in a several team building activities. Congratulations to the 2012-2014 North Carolina Science Leadership Fellows Cohort and a huge Thank You to the SMT Center for sponsoring the program.
